In case you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply, as defined by Law 2251/1994, on consumer protection.
The customer reserves the right of withdrawal, ie the right to return the products purchased, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 (amendment 15-7-2015). In this case, it is charged with the cost of returning the products.
In case of a defective product or sending the wrong product that is found upon receipt, we undertake its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified by email info@opencase.gr will be accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, ie without being unsealed, used, or the original packaging violated.
In case of return of the products that does not concern the fault of the company, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
